Eligibility and FAQs
Who is eligible to sponsor?
AWS Sponsorships at this event are reserved for AWS Partners who meet one of the following criteria: Energy & Utilities (E&U) Competency Partners, alumni sponsors with ACE-submitted opportunities, Partner Path Validated+ with an E&U go-to-market package, or partners with an E&U aligned Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA).
How do I sign up to sponsor?
Interested eligible partners must complete the contract request
form. AWS will send selected partners an agreement within five business days. Sponsors will have fourteen business days to return the signed contract to confirm participation.
Is this sponsorship an eligible MDF activity?
No, sponsorship fees for AWS-owned events are not eligible for
MDF utilization/reimbursement.

1. Selection and Contracting
Eligible partners can request a package here. Following the submission of the contract request form, selected partners will be sent a contract for signature within five business days.
2. Terms and Conditions
Request Sponsorship
- Submission of this form is not a confirmation of the sponsorship.
- Your submission will be directed to the AWS representative in charge of sponsorships, who will confirm receipt of the request within 2 business days.
- AWS representative will check the partner meets the criteria established for sponsorship. If you meet the criteria and the sponsorship is still available (first-come, first-serve after checking eligibility) you will receive an email confirming that the sponsorship has been approved and detailing what “items” have been granted in sponsorship. This email should be received within 4 business days.
- After receiving your consent, the AWS representative will contact you with the agency in charge of contracts and payments. A contract must be signed between the agency and the partner to formalize the sponsorship.
- Sponsorship payments will be done in USD (Dollars). Invoices will be sent out once the contract is fully signed.
- Booth design and marketing activations will be discussed with the AWS team.
